Wonderful location with breathtaking mountain views. Our høste were very helpful. Great location for skiing. A little outside the village of Livigno, but easy access with the local bus service. Both great for winter as well as summer stays. Hiking great in summer.

Posto pulito e tutto quello di cui uno ha bisogno
Posto riparato per parcheggiare la moto, considerato il vento che ce in montagna
Presa elettrica vicino al letto cosi potevo guardare reel e caricare il cell perfetto
Anche ottimo poter fare un bagno invece della solita doccia graziee
Non ho trovato il bagnodoccia ma forse sono cieco e non avevo voglia di chiedere alla signora giu ho usato il sapone mani! Haha

The location was perfect for us, with 1 min driving to Trepalle lift and about 10 mins driving to Livigno town.
The property condition is excellent, brand new kitchen and bathroom, shower was amazing, exactly what we needed after a long day in the snow, wi-fi worked very well, heating also was really good, comfortable beds and all super clean. Laura was there to help at any time when we needed.
Nothing to complain honestly.

Really charming chalet close to the slopes in Trepalle. We warmly recommend this place if you are looking for an apartment in the area.
The sofa bed is not super comfortable but was Ok for the kids.
