Welcome to our peaceful 4-bedroom coastal retreat in Tiverton, set on 1.75 private acres near Seapowet Marsh and the Cove. Walk or bike to quiet beaches, enjoy expansive meadow views, and settle into a calm, light-filled home designed for families and small groups.
This thoughtfully curated Farm Coast home is designed for families and quiet groups seeking space, serenity, and coastal access without the crowds. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and room for 9 guests, it offers a rare balance of nature, comfort, and ease.
Spring & Early Summer Availability
We have select openings in May and one remaining window in June—an especially beautiful time to be here, with quiet beaches, long light, and a slower rhythm before peak summer.
The home is a wonderful fit for families, multi-generational groups, and nature-loving friends. Thoughtfully designed and artisan-built, it’s calm, welcoming, and filled with natural light. The Space
The first floor features an open-concept living room, dining area, and modern kitchen designed for gathering. Extra-large sliding glass doors and abundant windows open onto a wrap-around deck, creating an easy flow between indoors and out.
Every detail has been intentionally considered—from comfortable beds and quality linens to well-made cookware and kitchen tools we use ourselves—making longer stays feel easy and natural. The home is powered by solar panels, providing eco-friendly heating, cooling, and electricity throughout your stay.
