Attico Lungomare is a vacation home in Porto Cesareo, in a prime location, facing the sea and in the center. The house is on two levels and offers up to 5 beds.

The entrance is into the living room with 1 single sofa bed, TV, dining room and kitchenette. A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom with a sea-view balcony. On this floor there is a full shower room.
From the hallway a spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where there is 1 double bedroom and the second shower room. A large terrace overlooking the sea completes the apartment.

The vacation apartment in Porto Cesareo "Attico Lungomare" stands in a very central location, right in front of the sea, with all services at hand.
In front of the house is the waterfront with boats, a small amusement park, restaurants, bars, tobacconists and all kinds of services. The center of Porto Cesareo is only 200 meters away. The nearest beaches are only 900 meters away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning not present in all rooms.
- Bathrooms have no windows.
- Every Thursday morning there is a weekly market under the apartment.
