Located in the Eyrac beach area, 500m from the Casino, 900m from the Thiers pier and the train station, this renovated 30m² one-bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor of a beachfront building with an elevator and direct beach access:

Separate kitchen: oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and Nespresso machine.

Parties are strictly prohibited in the rental property (indoors and outdoors).
