This island paradise overlooks your own small private beach and features your own private pontoon, swimming pool and natural stone fireplace. With only a 10minute boat ride from Runaway Bay you could be relaxing in paradise before you know it.
Accommodating up to twelve guests, the bedding configuration all on one level, includes two king bedrooms with ensuites and trundles (for children), as well as two queen bedrooms with trundles (for children) that share a large bathroom, including a double vanity. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and have ceiling fans, providing comfort all year round with the living area featuring a wood-burning fireplace for those chilly nights.
With entertainment and relaxation in mind, the property includes a spacious living area with a 65-inch Samsung 4K Smart TV and Smart TVs in all bedrooms as well as complimentary, unlimited Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped gourmet kitchen including a Nespresso coffee machine, large fridge with filtered water and two dishwashers. Private laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer, add to the convenience of your stay.

This house was absolutely beautiful. We had packed extra gear because we were not sure if it would have everything, but it had everything. The house was beautifully decorated with no expense spared to bedding, comfort of beds, We went on bike rides every day, with bikes that were in the house. I would love to come here again, and anyone wanting to stay will not be disappointed.

The listing images do not do this property justice, the dual living arrangement was ideal for our needs, having both teenagers and infants with us on our trip men't that we could all enjoy each other's company as well as our own privacy.

Host Mark provides prompt friendly communication. Home is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a home away from home. Beds are super comfy!! Whether you want to kick back in the serenity of a peaceful setting or are more adventurous and want to enjoy kayaking or cycling (both bikes and kayaks provided which is such an awesome bonus) you will love this property. Our holiday consisted of ages 50, 20’s, 6 and 3 and there was something for everyone. Our grandbabies loved swimming in the pool and having their own private beach to build sand castles. They also loved riding to the big beach, spotting an abundance of wildlife, boogie boarding the waves, exploring and finding pippy, crabs and shells. The clear concise directions, pre-information and 7m pontoon ensured easy access with your own boat and only 6 or 10 minutes from two closest boat ramps and shops. If you are looking for a perfect getaway this is it!!! or if your luckier than me, and in the market to buy your forever holiday house, there is an absolutely beautifully built house for sale next door to live the dream.
