This charming rancher will be the prefect retreat for a short mini week stay or full week vacation. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a rear deck, living room, and great room. The living room offers a comfortable spot to gather as a family on the wrap around couch and snuggle in for an evening movie. From the living room, you enter the kitchen and eat-in area. The kitchen has all the conveniences of home. There is a dishwasher to make after meal clean up a breeze, a side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, and flat surface stove. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island for food prep or eating a quick snack. The great room is yet another space you can gather and reconnect after a long day at the pool or beach. The back deck overlooks the yard with the firepit and saucer swing for the kids. The deck is a great place to enjoy a BBQ dinner or sit and sips drinks in the evening with the family. Pull up a chair, grab some marshmallows and have a smores party after dark at the firepit. There is a full-size washer and dryer located in the laundry room for added convenience. There is a comfortable queen bed in bedroom #3 and bunks and a trundle in bedroom #2. The kids can have their own private spot in the bunkbed room where they can share the plans they have for their next beach day. The 2nd bathroom is located in the hallway and has a tub/shower combo. The spacious master bedroom has a King-sized bed, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. Take advantage of all the amenities the Ocean Pines community has to offer. Stroll a walking path, bike ride through the area, take a picnic to the water, or the kids to one of the many playgrounds. Grab lunch at the Yacht club, float in one of the pools, rent a kayak, watch boats launch from the marina, or play a round of golf. Bed sizes: King, Queen, Bunk and Trundle. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. This home is not available for high school/college “Beach Week”. Cancellation fee will apply. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED IN FEES. Home has a ring camera at the front doorbell that monitors the front porch. There is also a camera at the sliding glass door that monitors the back deck. This camera will be inactive during the rental season.
