Spacious and perfect for a family or group of friends of up to 6 people, it comprises :
- a large living/dining room with TV
- a separate fitted and equipped kitchen
- 3 bedrooms: two with double beds x 140 and one with 2 single beds x 90
- a bathroom with shower and bath
- 1 separate toilet.
- Additional room: a garage converted into a utility room with shower, gas stove, sink and toilet.
Possibility of parking 2 vehicles in the courtyard and free street parking.

Discover: The 4 beaches, Fort Vauban, Casino and cinema, Sailing School, Fort Boyard (boat trip), Ile Madame and Passe aux Boeufs, Ile d'Aix (boarding at Pointe de La Fumée), Ile de Ré, Ile d'Oléron, La Rochelle, Golf de Saint Laurent de La Prée, Rochefort (Arsenal des Mers, Corderie Royale, Pont transbordeur, spa....).
Practicalities: SUPER U supermarket nearby and CASINO convenience store in town center.
