Casa Stepa, in the National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise, is located inside the Residence "La Ginestra" in via delle Pinete. A short distance from the center of Pescasseroli, reachable on foot by taking a pleasant walk or by car in a few minutes. Casa Stepa is apartment number 118, located on the 1st floor of the Residence. It is composed of entrance, living room, kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, small balcony. In both bedrooms there are comfortable wardrobes and drawers. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen and with blankets and quilts. Linen (sheets and towels) is included. In the large, tree-lined garden of the Residence, you will find an area dedicated to the little ones with houses, slides and swings; areas reserved for barbecues; a bowling green but above all lots of greenery. In the Residence there are 3 large garages as well as external parking areas. A free shuttle service to the historic center is available. The concierge service is 24 hours a day. In addition to the washing machine inside the apartment, the Residence also has a laundry service, including a washing machine and dryer, for a cost of €7 (detergents are not included). Inside the Residence there are areas dedicated to play for children, teenagers and adults.
