Great place to stay! Loved the location and would definitely stay again!

Industrial unit with polished concrete floors and high ceilings. Spacious and bright with a street view of a church and green space. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable King bed. Entry and exit secure and easy to check-in. Close to Palais de Congres, Rue Ste. Catherine, shops and restaurants.

Property was as advertised: clean and modern. Location was perfect for our needs. Never received check-in info so had to request it but it was easy once we received it. Shower/tub is not friendly to anyone older or with limited mobility. Please add lighting as unit is very dark with only 2 tiny desk lamps in the entire apt

Clean, good location, secure. That said, this is a very sparse accommodation. Another reviewer described it well - it’s good crash pad. Some of the standouts I wish I knew about before booking:There is no bathroom door. So if you get up at night to use the toilet, you don’t have a door to close for privacy. Towels - 2 thin and small bath towels and two washcloths are provided. Only 3 pods are provided for the washer. No dryer sheets provided. The bathtub/shower is a modern look but does not give you any place to put soap or shampoo/conditioner. Lighting overall is sparse. There is a light above counter in kitchen. But that is literally a portable light that is plugged into a power cord and is placed on the counter facing UP (at your face)!There are no plugs by the bedside to charge phones/electronics and there is only one small square table by the bedside. I had to use an extension cord in bathroom so I could reach the mirror while using my blow dryer and curling iron. There are no ice cube trays in freezer. We think there are some easy fixes that can be made to fill this apartment with some creature comforts. Or, book knowing what is/isn’t available. It is a great location and we felt safe coming in and out of the building.
