🚧 COMMUNITY MARINA IMPROVEMENTS
Pelican Landing is currently improving its marina with a new dock and piling system with upgraded water and electrical service. Work is generally scheduled Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with no regular weekend work currently scheduled.
Disruption from the project has been relatively limited to date, although guests may experience some general construction activity or noise during weekday work hours.
Completion is anticipated in mid-October 2026. Nightly rates during this period have already been adjusted to account for the marina improvements.

Many guests also enjoy renting electric carts, which are widely available on the island, and we can accommodate plug-in access if needed. Reasonable access to the property must be permitted for service.

All was as described and it is as pretty as it looks in the pictures. Very clean. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Even saw manatees off the dock as pictured in the advertisement! A touch noisy at certain times of day next to busy street. Pool chairs not too comfortable. Fortunately, we are beach people. Would stay again!

There is a huge balcony, with an amazing water view. The location is great, just one mile from Duval Street. The unit was well stocked, with everything that we needed in the kitchen and throughout. Hosts were extremely helpful, with immediate responses to all messages / questions.
