The apartment is located in the heart of the old town of Waren (Müritz). Guests appreciate not only the amenities but, above all, the apartments’ convenient location near the pedestrian zone. There are several bakeries in the pedestrian zone, so you can't only get fresh rolls there but also enjoy breakfast. Everything is within walking distance. You can also do your shopping in the old town (just a few meters away). You’ll find a large number of beer halls, restaurants, and cafés in the old town. The entire old town is a traffic-calmed zone (30 km/h).
You can store your bicycles in the shared storage room. You can pull up in front of the apartment to unload your luggage, but there is no parking directly at the building. You can park for free at a public parking lot 700 meters (an 8-minute walk) away. The train station is a 1,100-meter walk away, so the apartment is also suitable for those arriving by train.
Waren (Müritz) is located on the northern shore of Lake Müritz—Germany’s largest inland lake. The marina is the tourist hub of the spa town of Waren (Müritz). The recreational boat and yacht harbor and the historic old town are located close to each other in the spa town of Waren (Müritz). You can start your steamboat cruise across Lake Müritz from the city harbor or the Steinmole—both just a five-minute walk from the apartment.

This city apartment is located in the heart of Waren’s old town in Waren (Müritz). You enter the vacation rental through a small hallway leading to the shower room. A staircase—which is steeper than a typical staircase—leads you to the living room on the upper floor. A couch welcomes you in the living area. Next to the open kitchen, which features a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, you can enjoy breakfast together at the dining table. Or you can have breakfast at one of the bakeries in the old town (just 100 meters away).
The bedroom features a box-spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with a comfortable sleeping height, as well as a sliding-door closet with a mirrored door. The vacation rental is designed for a maximum of 2 young adults or adults who are young at heart.
Children—even in a travel crib—are not permitted due to the stairs.
