Welcome to our charming lakefront retreat in the heart of scenic Maine! Nestled on the shores of Biscay Pond, only feet from the lake, our inviting lake house offers a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure for your getaway.

Situated on a private, wooded lot, our lake house provides a secluded escape while still being conveniently located only 4 miles from downtown Damariscotta. Enjoy breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding nature from the comfort of your own retreat.
Accommodations:
This quaint three bedroom, consisting of 2 rooms with queen beds and one bedroom with a twin bed over queen bunk and one full bathroom with shower. This home is perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking a memorable vacation. The open-concept living area is bathed in natural light and features comfortable seating and dining area, gas fireplace (seasonal), and views of the lake.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The modern kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen is equipped with a gas range, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and blender.
Amenities:
Features a 55" flat-screen smart TV (where you can connect to your favorite app), Wifi internet, board games, Washer & dryer, whole home generator, hair dryer, 2 kayaks, and paddle board.

FANTASTIC!!! We had the best time at Cook's Cottage. The location is terrific - we loved having water access to a nice lake that was very swimmable for our young family, as well as the close proximity into Damariscotta, as well as Round Pound. The kitchen is very well appointed and has literally everything you could ever need. Our children loved playing with the toys in the cottage (we did not pack any). We were out on the water every day swimming, SUP, kayak. We did Smores a couple nights at the fire pit. We are already booking our trip to return to this cottage next summer.

What a wonderful vacation in Maine! My family enjoyed a relaxing week swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and just relaxing. We ate meals on the deck overlooking the lake, sat by the fire and spent the day swimming and lounging on the dock. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and was stocked with everything one could need. It was a great home away from home for the week. Being close to Damariscotta, we were able to enjoy dinner out and go for a walk through town. During the week we also visited Pemaquid Lighthouse and beach and Boothbay Harbor, both easy rides from the house. Definitely one of our favorite VRBO stays and a home and location we will look to return to!
