GREAT LOCATION!!! Enjoy the holiday with family and/or friends. Beautiful 2 bedroom villa with all amenities you could ask for - pools, gym, free parking, outside grills, communal fire pit and plenty of lawn space for games. Fully stocked kitchen for eight, open to both dining and living areas. A lovely private balcony for cocktails, card games, or just peace and quiet.

Guests can take advantage of amenities: 3 swimming pools, volleyball, ping pong tables, outdoor grills, and fitness center. Set on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this resort is across the street from Pelican Hill Resort, 5 minutes from Newport Beach and 10 minutes from Laguna Beach.
This condo has free Wi-Fi, 3 flat-screen TVs with premium cable channels and DVD players. Onsite parking is ample and EV chargers available.
Our place will help you feel at home while you're shopping, beaching, or enjoying the coastal city of Newport Beach. Our favorites are the beach (shuttle or walk), having breakfast at The Beachcomber on the beach (reservations a must), shopping, enjoying the pool and bar area, and of course just sitting on our balcony with great views of the ocean.
