    The girl at reception named Nhung Nguyen is very helpful and friendly. I am so happy with her service. The resort is pretty nice, however, the facilities are close abit early.

    Mình đi dịp lễ nên chấp nhận giá cao hơn ngày thường nhưng với mức giá tầm 2tr/đêm mà chỉ gồm ăn sáng, tắm onsen vẫn phải trả thêm phí thì mình thấy đang chưa ổn lắm. Xung quanh khuôn viên của Flamingo còn rất hoang sơ, có thể nói là chưa có gì mấy. Nếu Flamingo có thể tặng cho khách 1 lần tắm onsen/ng thì sẽ ok hơn. Đồ ăn giá cao nhưng nếu nói về tiêu chuẩn đạt 5 sao là chưa. Nếu thực sự ngon thì giá cao là xứng đáng, nhưng chưa ngon bằng nhà hàng Tám Mái thuê ở shop house mà thu giá như vậy là bị cao. Điểm cộng là sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện, anh lễ tân Trần Tuân là người trực tiếp support đoàn mình, rất nhiệt tình và ok :)))
