    Stayed here recently and unfortunately had a poor experience. Cleanliness/Hygiene: This was the biggest issue. Black bugs were found on the bedsheets, and overall room hygiene was not maintained. Bathrooms and common areas also felt unclean. For the price, basic hygiene standards were missing. Power/Electricity: Frequent power cuts throughout the day and night. Backup was either not available or took very long to kick in, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially in this weather. Food: Food quality was disappointing. Items were tasteless and lacked freshness. Room service was slow too. Overall: The location might be okay, but cleanliness, power backup, and food need serious improvement. I wouldn’t stay here again unless these issues are fixed. Management should focus on basic housekeeping and maintenance first.

    A bit in the costly side but it is Diwali. Late dinner timing and later than scheduled breakfast, as in not ready not good for passing through travellers
