very dirty, lots of spider, spider web and bugs. bathroom is terrible, water dripping from the sink, dirty mirror, shower gel bottle is empty, broken toilet seat, water heater malfunction. in the description claimed to have hair dryer but the fact is without.

I spent about 1 month here in multiple bookings. The price couldn't be beat. But every day there was some sort of construction or heavy activity happening right outside my room door, including hammering starting as early as 7am, power drilling and more. The building, though not clarified in the Agoda listing, is also a residential apartment complex with entire families living in units above the Agoda units, so there were routinely children running up and down the stairs connected to my room creating thunderous vibrations and noise in my room. It was often maddening. Of course there was no way of knowing this till you experienced it. There is no onsite personnel to address these issues. When I did see official workers, they are very nice. So I felt i just had to roll with the pain. Also, the plumbing was bizarre with what sounded like the entire buildings water & sewage flushing through pipes expôsed inside my bathroom very loudly daily. I wish I could say I'll return one day, but I can't say I will. It's Thailand :-|. I paid an average ***/day so.

The room is clean and all furnitures are brand new. The location is nearby the Nong ahoy market. The staff is really nice, a/c is great, smart tv with YouTube works perfectly. I highly recommend this place.
