    Lần đầu đi Trà Vinh nên mình chọn 1 chỗ chất lượng tí ai dè thất vọng. Thất vọng từ lúc bước xuống: nhân viên vô cùng thưa thớt và rất KÉM về mặt nghiệp vụ. Khách tới giữa trưa nhưng nhâm viên ko hề đón tiếp, chỉ nhìn 1 cái rồi quay ra ngủ trưa tiếp OMG. Xong mình phải vác hành lý nặng nề giữa nắng đi kiếm quầy lễ tân, chấn đông hơn là lễ tân thì như bị chập mạch toàn hỏi linh tinh, xong đưa cho mình 1 cái chìa khoá phòng và ko hề hướng dẫn gì thêm: ủa alo? Phòng tôi ơe đâu? Tôi phải sử dụng phòng và dịch vụ ntn? Xong chưa kể đưa phòng kém chất lượng tôi phản ánh thì nhân viên đứng cãi, nói đổi phòng thì cug ko đưa chìa khoá phòng mới cho tôi. Sau 1 đêm thất vọng và complaint trên google thì có thay đổi chút ít là nhân viên đã chịu đưa voucher ăn sáng cho tôi, nhưng khâu dọn phòng thì vô cùng tệ, nhân viên ko phân biệt đươc đâu là đồ của khách mang đến đang xài đâu là đồ bỏ đi mà đem bỏ hết toàn bộ: khăn tây giấy tẩy trăng của tôi, lược tôi mang đến. Dọn nhà vệ sinh mà vẫn dơ. Thiết nghĩ đã mở ra làm dịch vụ thì chủ phải biết training nhân viên những kiến thức giao tiếp và quy trinh service tối thiểu chứ trời. Sao mà thua cả 1 cái nhà nghỉ trong khi chi phí như 1 resort?

    All is good except for two things. There should be anti-mosquito nets. After closing the doors to prevent mosquitoes from entering the room, there is no way to enjoy the fresh air and the river view. In addition, why is there a rule that eating is not allowed in the room while there are snacks and instant noodles in the minibar?

    Here’s is my review of Bungalow Ven Song. A lot of positive things except one and that’s why I could not give a positive review. - The homestay is new - Good location, next to a small canal - Clean, modern rooms But the staff at reception counter is inexperienced, controlled by a cheap owner who lives on the property and no way guests can see him. They make me pay 3 nights for 2 nights stay, even no response from them to Agoda after several attempts. (Long story, I don’t want to tell it all) No wonder the home stay always empty when I stayed there.
