    We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment with the Kissing Bridge view for 2 nights as a family of four and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had more than enough room for all of us. The hotel kindly helped arrange our airport pick-up, which made arriving in Phu Quoc very easy and stress-free. The views from the room were absolutely sensational – a direct outlook over Sunset Town, the Kissing Bridge, and the waterfront. Watching the nightly water shows and fireworks from the room was definitely a highlight of our stay. The pool area was large, well maintained, and stayed open quite late which was great after a day out exploring. WiFi and TVs all worked well, and the hot water in the bathrooms was consistently good throughout our stay. For the price, this hotel offers fantastic value and is a great option for a more budget-friendly stay without compromising on comfort, views, or convenience. Overall, a lovely base for exploring Phu Quoc with family. We'll be back.

    My parents and I stayed here for 6 nights and overall we enjoyed our time. The hotel has a WhatsApp hotline, which made it easy to message them with any questions or queries. I will say that their response before our stay wasn’t great, but during our stay it was very good. They explained that their WhatsApp had been acting up, which may have been the reason for the earlier delays. Our room was lovely, with a great view of the Kissing Bridge. The cleaners refilled our water and coffee sachets every morning, which was a nice touch. One thing to note is that the beds don’t get made, and some days the towels weren’t as clean as we would have liked. We also noticed that the bathroom hadn’t been fully cleaned from the previous guests, with long hairs left in the shower and some dirty floors. However, this wasn’t a major issue for us, as we were very happy with our room and the service we received during our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we appreciated the friendly service from the hotel staff.

    I had a very pleasant stay at Sole Casa in Phu Quoc. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a kitchen for cooking. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the apartment. I could enjoy the sunset in the evening and even watch the nighttime fireworks from there, which made the stay feel quite special. The only small downside was that there was an unfinished building or construction site in front of the property, which slightly reduced the otherwise great view. Apart from that, everything was very good and I had a great stay overall.
