ottima posizione a 4km dal centro di Udine e a poco più di un km dal centro commerciale e dalle arterie autostradali. La cucina era fornita di tutto il necessario tra cui lavastoviglie e lavatrice.
-nei dintorni vi è un’enorme presenza di zanzare che puntualmente ad ogni apertura di porte e finestre(non dotate di zanzariere)entravano in casa; -la pulizia degli ambienti non era perfetta(forte presenza dj polvere); -difficoltà di parcheggio nelle ore lavorative poiché nelle vicinanze ci sono uffici ed aziende e quindi sarebbe auspicabile dare l’opportunità di utilizzare il box interno; -mancanza di tende da sole per schermare i raggi che aumentano sensibilmente la temperatura in casa;

Sehr moderne, schöne und saubere Wohnung in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Parkplätze perfekt vor der Haustür. Die detaillierten Informationen von der Gastgeberin bezüglich Schlüsselübernahme und wie man in die Wohnung kommt, sind perfekt vorbereitet.
Da man sowieso mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, ist es kein Problem dass man vom Zentrum weiter entfernt ist. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Das Parkhaus "Park 1. Maggio" ist übrigens sehr empfehlenswert, sehr günstig und direkt in der City.
