Хорошее расположение в тихом районе. Цена качество соответствует. Главное чтобы не повышалась.

Качество и эргономичность ремонта, компактность помещения где удобства есть но для галочки. Ремонт свежий, но для такого маленького помещения стоит продумать качественнее, очень не хватало полочек в ванной и принадлежности для душа давно пора заменить.
