We spent 4 nights at La Paisible de Palme Grove, staying in Villa No. 3. The villa is located in a gated and guarded estate, which feels very safe and private. It is a very modern, large villa with a private pool, a beautifully maintained garden with coconut palms, and a spacious terrace. The property looks impressive and can comfortably accommodate even two families of four. We parked our car on the private driveway directly in front of the entrance. A car is essential, as it would be difficult to reach shops, restaurants, or the beach on foot.

On the downside, cleanliness could have been better. It felt as if the house had been cleaned some time before our arrival rather than just prior to check-in. We noticed gecko droppings in several places inside the villa, found laundry left in the washing machine by previous guests, and overall the house did not feel perfectly clean. We also encountered a few cockroaches inside the villa (some nymphs and one adult). There were also a few technical issues: the remote controls for the air conditioning and fans had no working batteries (they were delivered later the same day), the coffee machine was barely functioning (it was replaced), and the clothes dryer was broken and kept switching off. Overall, the villa is very attractive, modern, and has huge potential, but due to its size it clearly requires more attention to cleanliness and maintenance.
