Overall suitable for our needs as a base whilst visiting New york..
Checkout time too early for 10am, no flexibility from host for 1/2hrs without a fee, despite the window been free and available. Found that a lil mean
Also the fact that you need to deal with a totally different platform and website. This wasn't stated on the advert, it was rather cumbersome, registering in this platform and paying a deposit. A simplied process would have been preferred.
And when we did experience power outage to the the sockets, was asked to send photos! Like what photo evidence is needed for a handy man to attend for power outage. In the end we just went to the main house and light was put back on.
