Principalmente da localização do imóvel e o conforto das camas.
A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Quando cheguei, percebi que os lençóis e travesseiros cheiravam suor, os tapetes estavam sujos. Havia marcas de infiltrações no teto do banheiro e da cozinha.
