Posizione ottimale per girare a piedi. Non abbiamo avuto neanche difficoltà nel parcheggio nonostante fosse ferragosto. La casa è molto accogliente, spaziosa e ben divisa.

Great house , nice host, super place to stay in spring or autumn. Nice balconies on most sides of the house. Large (if usable).

The house one had one small room with airconditioning, a kind of mixed small living room with one bed in there. The other room was connected (no door, so no privacy) and was already too hot to comfortably sleep. Basically we spend all our time in the house in this small,maybe 30m2, area. The other areas in the house are big, but uncomfortable warm (>>30 degrees) even if you keep all windows and doors closed and covered with robes during the day (so no daylight entering at all,, like you live in the dark). Calling this house airconditioned is misleading, since only a very small area of the house has airconditioning, albeit a small one, already having trouble bringing the temperature down to a comfortable level. So please install some airconditioning in each bedroom and in the living room at least, or mention this clearly in your description. It is very misleading.

We highly recommend staying here due to it's location (close to to the historic center, a drinking water dispenser on the street outside for 10 euros/liter, easy to find on street free parking, positioned on a corner so multiple balcony views in all directions as well as sunset view!) but even more for our welcome by the owner. She didn't speak English but effectively use Google translate to show us all the amenities of the house, had stocked the refrigerator with water, drinks, cantaloupe, etc. as well as some dry snacks. We felt like we were being welcomed into someone's home. The house is clean and well-kept with what appears to be a very new remodeled bathroom. There is no AC but by closing doors/shades when sun is up and using fans the temperature was fine even though very hot when we were there mid-July.

It was a bit challenging to get clear on the checkout process but once we connected via WhatsApp all was very smooth and the owner was very responsive. It also wasn't clear on the listing that if less people, then one of the bathrooms and other rooms upstairs would not be accessible. It was all ok, it just would be good to have that be more clear on listing.
