We highly recommend staying here due to it's location (close to to the historic center, a drinking water dispenser on the street outside for 10 euros/liter, easy to find on street free parking, positioned on a corner so multiple balcony views in all directions as well as sunset view!) but even more for our welcome by the owner. She didn't speak English but effectively use Google translate to show us all the amenities of the house, had stocked the refrigerator with water, drinks, cantaloupe, etc. as well as some dry snacks. We felt like we were being welcomed into someone's home. The house is clean and well-kept with what appears to be a very new remodeled bathroom. There is no AC but by closing doors/shades when sun is up and using fans the temperature was fine even though very hot when we were there mid-July.
It was a bit challenging to get clear on the checkout process but once we connected via WhatsApp all was very smooth and the owner was very responsive. It also wasn't clear on the listing that if less people, then one of the bathrooms and other rooms upstairs would not be accessible. It was all ok, it just would be good to have that be more clear on listing.

La struttura ha una posizione eccellente, in pieno centro, camere spaziose, tutto perfettamente pulito, una casa dove non manca nulla . La signora Lella, un ottima padrona di casa , accogliente, disponibile che ci ha accolti con uno spuntino di benvenuto che ci ha fatti sentire coccolati .
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Der absolute Wahnsinn! Hier lebt man, wie ein König. Die Wohnung hätte sauberer nicht sein können. Die Gastgeber hätten netter und höflicher und gastfreundlicher nicht sein können. Die Wohnung ist riesig, die Terrassen in alle Himmelsrichtungen (Immer Sonne oder Schatten, je nachdem was man möchte) die Betten gemütlich, die Zimmer herrschaftlich, die Nachbarschaft ruhig, kostenlose Parkplätze direkt an der Straße. Die Gastgeberin war so nett und herzlich, dass man es sich schöner gar nicht hätte vorstellen können. Auch per SMS und WhatsApp wurde immer sofort reagiert. Absolute Profis. Und nur zu empfehlen.
Es gibt nichts, über das man sich beschweren könnte.
