it's a very modern and well designed apartment. we liked that it had 4 bathrooms. The appliances were updated and the A/C is working well. It's not too far from downtown ( 20 minutes from city pedestrian streets) but Plazza Espana was a 5 minutes walk. It's also only 30 minutes from the airport by bus.
You can hear the street traffic only if you open windows. Parking nearby is only in a public parking unless you are there on a weekend.

Casa com uma ótima decoração, áreas oprimas, 2 salas de estar, uma sala de jantar e muito limpo, com todas as ameneties necessárias e boa localização.
A agua quente só da para 12 minutos em cada casa de banho a cada 2horas
