Effectivement exceptionnelle. Longère de caractère rénovée et aménagée avec beaucoup de raffinement, très lumineuse et située dans un écrin de verdure juste incroyable. Parfait pour se ressourcer en pleine nature et profiter du littoral (à 30 mn).
Le seul inconvénient est la chaleur dans la partie haute de la maison (les combles magnifiquement aménagés) en période de forte chaleur, mais la maison ayant beaucoup de fenêtres il est possible de faire baisser un peu la température. Je recommande vivement ce petit paradis.

Le Chauffage était insuffisant pour la saison.
Cette longère est peut-être agréable en été , mais à éviter en hiver !
