Check in was easy and convenient with the pad lock entry. The view from the furnished deck was so amazing. The kitchen has everything you need to make a beautiful meal. Beds were comfy. I'm big on smells left behind from previous bookers and that was not a problem here sheets and pillows smelled clean. The tub was so relaxing and has a whirlpool. Im a momma of 4 kids that tub was much needed for some me time...was a nice reset 😌. Kaylee was very nice and quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. My family of 6 captured so many happy and special memories here. We will def book again if we travel to cloudcroft.

The owner was very helpful and kind. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We just bought groceries, but all the other materials were included.
The driveway was very icy and the pin to unlock the door was not working.

The scenery was great, the accommodation where fantastic came with everything we needed including soap. Came with a welcome binder for all your questions.
