Sehr sauber, alles wirkte frisch renoviert. Die Lage ist optimal für eine Familie mit (kleinen) Kindern.
Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr reduziert. Zwei Spülmaschinentabs für 4 Personen und eine Woche: schäbig! Im Bad fehlt Stauraum.

Es gab keine Schnapsgläser, es waren keine 4 gleiche Teller vorhanden, nur eine Steckdose an der Küche

Die Unterkunft entsprach nicht der durch Booking gebuchten und bestätigten Unterkunft und war entsprechend schlechter ausgestattet. Zimmerwechsel nicht möglich da alles ausgebucht. Sun & Snow verweist auf Fehler von Booking, bei Booking nur Kontakt via KI, telefonisch weder auf deutsch noch auf Englisch zu erreichen. Anscheinend wird sich gegenseitig der Fehler zugeschrieben. Das Problem ist bis heute nicht gelöst und liegt aktuell bei Sun & Snow zur Bearbeitung. Von Booking kam auch nach erneuter schriftlicher Rückfrage keine weitere Info oder Unterstützung.
