It's OK for a night stay if you need to be in Kestrel, but I wouldn't go back. No slippers, thin spring mattresses, no refill water, no kettle.

Great hotel, great location, great people. However the breakfast buffet has a BIG room for improvement.

I visited this hotel in off season and it was quite reasonable, the hotel view and facilities were amazing, the rooms were well cleaned with amazing sea view. The only flaw was the breakfast was not up to the mark, and the rooms didn't have shampoo, soap ects. Other than this, its highly recommended.

Horrible experience with checking in, hotel was over booked, they claimed someone had been sick in the room we reserved which seem to be a lie they made up as this same thing happened to others who arrived after us. They tried to make us sign a hand written letter which states we were happy to spend 2 nights in another hotel near by. One of the staff at the reception was very rude to us. No AC system at the hotel, hence very hot. We arrived on the day of our checking in at around 20:30pm but wasn't checked into till around 01:00a.m. We spent the first night in a different room to what we had reserved. AC was not working, a lot of things in the room were not in good working condition, bed was very hard and we were unable to sleep, mind you I was 25 weeks pregnant then. We stayed at the hotel for a week. No activities. Restaurant was very small. Food options lacking. We were served the same meals throughout our stay there be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, they even served burgers and liver as their meat option, only one fruit option server for every meal- water melon. Dessert options lacking. Meal times were even rushed, waiting staff rushing to collect people's plates when they were still eating, rushing everyone out when they were still earing in order to close the restaurant. We were not compensation for the experience we went through on day of checking, even with the fact that we spent our first night in a different to room what we had reserved. We had booked a room with sea view but stayed in different room without this. We did not get refunded with the cost difference between the 2 rooms. We booked for all inclusive deal but alor of services were not provided to us including some drinks options we wanted, even bottled water. They said we needed to be ultra inclusive to get such servives at the hotel . I WILL MOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE and this based on my personal experience.
