Everything was good, no objection.
I’m accepting the payment of VAT and service fee, note that 350 AED was also deducted for cleaning as per mail I received but when I contact call service they told me that I have to pay extra charges for cleaning as it’s not included in total price.

I love the view
The house is poorly furnished with cheap furniture. The dining table isn’t big enough to cater for the amount of guests. There is mould all over the walls downstairs and the maid’s room is full of fruit flies and smells of rotten drains. The outside area is ok. The furniture needs an uplift. The area beyond the balcony (the rocks) is full of rubbish - it’s disgusting!
