Queens Crescent - Stylish retreat and Tranquil

It was an ideal place to stay for a few night. Equivalent in a hotel would have cost £500-£600. Far more freedom to cook and relax. It makes you realize how much you pay in a hotel for a fancy reception and restaurant while the room is tiny.

Good location. Nice layout. Comfortable stay.

Confusing entry and lift access details and no answer on phone number given. Only the car park entrance works. Lift code actually means pressing the lift floors for the code. Car park space far too small and had to use visitors allocation which is not under cover. Attention to detail on cleaning/housekeeping needed. Small things- some crumbs etc under sofa, chopping board dirty and one bed fitted sheet was far too small. Sheet situation rectified. Heating is controlled by host, so had to message to get the towel rail and hot water hotter.

The apartment was very spacious for our family of three and we entertained our friends there. the bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were also very clean and well lit. overall, we enjoyed the experience as our friends were also staying at queen's crescent.

As it was cold at night, there were not enough duvets and there were no extra sheets. I used the two throws but they were not big enough to cover the whole bed. the cot did not have sheets. I used the throw as a blanket for me and used a towel as a sheet between the throw and my face.

Location good and very quiet

Front door keypad was problematic. Wasn’t working properly and no connection through to access assistance. Solved by entering through the garage entrance where the keypad was working fine. Suggestion to update instructions to say that other access points are available if keypad not working.
