Die Wohnung ist exakt so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt! Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Vom Schlafzimmer/ Küche geht der Blick Richtung Adria - die beiden Balkone haben Südausrichtung und ganztägig Sonne. Die Wohnanlage wie auch die Umgebung ist bewohnt, was gerade außerhalb der Saison schön ist. Die Vermieter sind super nett, die Kommunikation war klasse und unkompliziert - trotz unserer fehlender Italienisch-Kenntnisse! Der Strand ist unmittelbar vor der Wohnanlage, im April wird dieser für die Sommersaison aufwendig gerichtet, dafür kann man noch super gemeinsam mit Hund spazieren gehen.
Wer sehr Geräuschempfindlich ist, ist hier - wie wahrscheinlich entlang des gesamten Küstenabschnitts - nicht gut aufgehoben. Die Bahn ist schon sehr zu hören.

Posizione stupenda, con accesso diretto al lungomare. Appartamento stupendo, ben arredato e funzionale, con disponibile ogni tipo di servizio (cucina completa di ogni accessorio, lavanderia, ascensore, area parcheggio biciclette all'interno del cortile,...), con comodi balconi vivibili e, infine, stesi sul letto matrimoniale, si vedono direttamente spiaggia, mare e orizzonte, naturalmente anche le stelle di sera.

Splendido appartamento, non una casa vacanza ma una vera casa residenziale. Ci siamo trovati benissimo grazie torneremo.
