Modern Contemporary Living in DTPH - Poolside.

I loved the location and I loved the studio apartment complex aspect of it. I loved that I could use the refrigerator and washer&dryer set so I wouldn't worry about dirty clothes heading back on the road. It was quiet and I slept very good. The parking is open street and there is parking in the back, it does take maneuvering with an SUV or truck because other residents back in the back as well so be mindful of that. With cars and compact SUVs, its easily accessible.

I had to use the humidifier as there was dander all over the air vents in the kitchen and in on the ceiling near the bathroom. I did have to wipe down the mini trash can as there was red liquid all over it. Whoever used the unit before me didn't use the washer right and there was still water in washer before I loaded my laundry. Some jumping spiders kept coming into the room from the baby gap of the door, but they were no threat.

The location and the space were very comfortable. I loved the kitchen because adequate appliances and cookware were provided.

There was a guest that made me uncomfortable when I was coming in after an outing.
