Green Garden House

Beautiful, scenic garden and large terraces/porch. The house itself is stunning with art, stained glass doors, and a real wooden spiral staircase. Manuela is lovely and attentive and a gracious host. A short walk to the town center.

No fan/air conditioner in the bedroom. Would have been nice to have some sort of air movement in the bedroom at night with the humidity and mosquitoes. There is a very loud dog that barks at 3am, and a loud rooster that starts at 5/6am so headphones are needed.

This was a beautiful property! The inside was like a museum. The owner was very welcoming.

Well, the property was quite a distance from downtown. It took awhile to get to a restaurant for dinner. We got back to the property late, turned back the covers on the bed and noticed that there was no bottom sheet, just a thin mattress cover. The beds on this trip have mostly been very hard, but this one took the cake. I can’t understand why a place with such luxurious decorations couldn’t afford a reasonable bed.
