It’s decent family located spot with everything within one community

Amenities vs the cost - i do feel the upkeep and overall amenities provided vs the cost were a bit off but the staff the prompt WhatsApp chats and the overall spots within the neighbourhood made up for it

We had a wonderful stay at Pirate Bay Villa. The location is absolutely perfect — right on the beach, with stunning sea views and direct access to the water. We loved the kitchen, which is fully equipped and truly makes you feel at home. The villa itself is spacious, clean, and very well maintained. Both bedrooms are comfortable and come with private bathrooms. Unlike many other properties, the furniture is high quality and feels luxurious and solid. The atmosphere is very peaceful and private, making it a perfect place for those who want unite with beach and nature who want to relax and disconnect. The surroundings are beautiful, and the beach is so quiet it felt like it belonged only to us. The staff and management were very helpful. They assisted us with arranging a taxi to the airport and renting scooters during our stay, which was extremely useful because the village is quite large. There are many communal pools and restaurants to choose from, so you wouldn’t want to walk back and forth to try them all — renting a scooter was a great idea
