栄生駅から近く、コンビニや喫茶店なども近い。大通り沿いなので、夜道も明るかった。
部屋に着くと、座卓に急須と湯呑みが用意されていた。こちらが期待したからいけないが、お茶っ葉やインスタントのコーヒーでもあれば最高だった。でもコンビニが近いので、買いに行けた。

Very clean and conveniently located, all instructions are in place. More than enough beds for our family of 4. All amenities that we needed were provided. Host was very quick to answer and very accommodating. There is an italian cuisine/wine bar just next door, with a very friendly bartender. Would visit it on my next stay here, which I hope will eventually come.

我們是一家四口兩大兩小出遊，四人房要找性價比高的不太方便。很幸運我找到了「日本の美術的古民家」（和。栄生），這裡對於四個人剛剛好，臨近栄生站，到站就到家，整潔乾淨，性價比高，房東非常親切，回覆問題與協助都非常迅速，整體感受非常滿意。
從中部國際機場出發，坐名鐵到栄生不用換乘（名鐵名古屋下一站就是栄生），對於拉行李很方便。若是坐μSKY，則可以在名鐵名古屋換乘後，下一站就到栄生。門口也有公車站，若以大眾運輸工具為樞紐出遊的家庭來說，這裡真的很方便。
生活機能部份，車站出口就有7-11，車站後方陸橋下有一個開到九點的超市，面對民宿左手邊往下走也有すき家與吉野家，以及LAWSON便利商店，周遭巷內也有不少居酒屋，非常便利。喜歡慢跑的話，從這裡可以跑到名古屋城大概2.5K，繞城一圈再跑回來大約8K，然後到隔壁栄生站前的客美多咖啡吃早餐，非常棒。
房間配備洗脫烘的洗衣機，若想要再晾曬，房間內也有衣架與晾曬竿可以掛，我們在夏天來訪，衣服都乾很快。浴室水溫可調，夠熱，水壓也夠大。房間冷氣夠涼，二樓與一樓都有電視，小孩大人可以各自看想看的節目。小廚房有冰箱，微波爐，烤箱，電磁爐，電子鍋，快煮壺以及餐具可以使用。
房間主要在二樓，樓梯稍陡，行李箱不想搬的話，建議可以放在一樓，但整體而言瑕不掩瑜
