El anfitrión fue muy amable con nosotros, el apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas y es muy cómodo. Aunque no está en el parque principal no queda tan lejos, hay buenas rutas para llegar.

La atención de Juan Esteban fue excepcional, siempre atento a ayudarnos en lo que necesitamos, muy amable y con excelente actitud. El apartamento está acorde a lo descrito, cómodo, limpio y con una hermosa vista del río.

Todo iba excelente, muy buena atención hasta el día dos que el propietario utilizo palabras inadecuadas soeces por un mal entendido y estuvimos sin servicio de luz toda la mañana y su respuesta fue el no era EPM, solicito que al haber prohibiciones sean estipuladas y claras a través de Booking también, para que el cliente no sienta atropellos e imperias
El trato del propietario en el último día de estadía, y si tienen el apartamento para servicio de alojamiento se debe mejor léxico para dirigirse a sus clientes, el primer día entregó con retardos y tuvimos comprensión para luego recibir palabras inadecuadas por reclamaciones de terceros que no eran verdaderas.
