Good location.

When we arrived, the door separating the 2 rental units was hanging open with no way to lock it, so we had to wait for someone to come fix it before we could leave the premises. (Or put all of our luggage back in the rental car, which is not ideal for security either) There was no bath mat or washcloths, and about an eighth of a roll of TP with no backup. Bedspreads were horribly stained. The railing next to the very steep front steps is hanging on by a thread. The cookware is horrible and should be thrown away and replaced. One of the bedframes made the foot of the bed sit about six inches higher than the head for some reason. The pillows were the cheapest, most thin, uncomfortable sadness I have ever had the displeasure to lay my head on. The door to the fuse box was hanging open, which seemed ominous. We sent very candid messages with whoever was supposed to be taking care of all this, they promised they would take care of it directly, and it never happened. To top it all off, we returned from lunch to find 2 strange men exiting our unit. It turned out to be a realtor showing the house. We were given absolutely no heads up or option to choose whether a showing took place. I can’t imagine it’s legal to schedule something like that during a stay. This person also owns 11 other properties in Denver, and we got the vibe that they just run a little Airbnb empire and don’t particularly care if anyone actually enjoys their stay, despite their clearly AI-written communications claiming otherwise.
