The staff was super friendly, made our stay very pleasant. Went above and beyond for us. We enjoyed the food and air conditioning in the room was very welcome in this summer heat. The location of the hotel is great - just in the middle of an old alley.
The outside seats were a bit narrow and could use more shade.

Gorgeous hotel, excellent location. Amazing to be able to have direct access to the lake, and a delicious breakfast overlooking it. The area is quiet and doesn’t feel overly touristy. The staff are super kind and helpful with many great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. There is enough to do nearby and you can walk into Gargnano. The access to the Lido is also a real win!
