El departamento en gral es muy confortable pero lo que mas me gusto fue que estaba muy bien equipado, tenia todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía sin necesitar nada adicional. Vajilla super completa y electrodomésticos necesarios a disposición. Excelente anfitrión facilito todo para darnos comodidad. Muchas gracias

nada. Todo perfecto, incluso podría mencionar que llegamos el mismo dia de comenzar la estadía y pudimos tomar el depto con muy poco margen de tiempo lo cual agradecimos.

The staff was super friendly, Juan was quick at replying, the cleaning staff (Giovana and Roxana) were a delight, super friendly and fun! The place was comfortable, the bed was large, the studio had everything that I needed, and it was well located. The internet speed was at around 50mb/s, with decent latency (~100ms on Google Meet). The washing machines on the 7th floor were efficient and you just need to buy some laundry tokens a few meters from the unit. I honestly wanted to return here every time I had to come to Buenos Aires! If it wasn't for the bedbugs.

BEDBUGS! And how the team dealt with the situation. Almost every morning, I woke up with new bites. I had some bites on my left leg, right knee and right elbow. I didn't see any bedbugs at first, so I thought "it may just be a skin reaction". But on the last night, a large female bedbug woke me up while biting me 5 times in a row on my left arm. I spend the next hour looking for it trying to kill it (which I succeeded, sorry for the disgusting picture). I had to spend hours desinfecting everything, washing all my clothes, putting it in sealed bags, etc. The most unprofessional part is that the team treated me as if I was a liar. I don't know if they thought I carry dead bedbugs around with me, but they didn't want to recognize the severity of the problem. They didn't even acknowledge it or apologize for the situation, and tried to ridicule me as if that would change the reality. They were trying to argue with me. I kept the dead bedbug to show them in case they needed to show the pest control specialist. Yet, while seeing the dead bedbug with a lot of my blood, they still tried to gaslight me and they wanted to argue with me. I was just trying to be helpful and I was asking them to be mindful for the next guests, but I guess they thought I was trying to ask for a refund and they became very defensive. For those with some general knowledge in this awful bug, you know that they feed once every 5 to 10 days, and females feed a lot before laying eggs. So I expect they have a good amount of them, most likely hiding behind the fixed bed frame. So if you're staying here or you stayed here recently, please take the proper measures not to bring any bedbugs with you.
