The apartment itself is very cute and comfortable. I like it a lot, as well as being the perfect location and for that reason alone I would consider staying again.

The neighbors inside the building are very noisy and the noise travels easily along the floor (banging doors, children speaking, dogs barking, filing with locks) and the neighbors next door to me played club music very loud almost every evening at 6:30pm, since my first night. The support agent said that because it is a permanent resident and not one of their guests, that there is nothing they can do about it. On another morning, I woke up to no electricity. From about 6am until at least 10am, and I imagine it was not only my apartment affected. Again the support agent was not very helpful and insisted I should be the one to go to the electricity room in the basement and turn the electricity back on (with no further or clear instructions either). When I looked at the basement, it was pitch dark and there was nothing I could do. There are a couple other instances that made my stay not very relaxing that are not the fault of the property, but once again the support and timeliness could be improved. Heads up, there is some kind of renovation starting on ground floor in the courtyard (August 2026). Not all apartments face this way in fact I think very few, but the workers start at 7am and the once pretty but derilect courtyard is now covered in rubble and building material.

its a little bit hard to locate apartment for the first time but the staff is really helpful about it.

Good location, just a 5–10 minute walk to the beach, cafés, and restaurants. Clean room with nice furniture, and a comfortable bed and pillows. Exceptionally good air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom! Well-equipped kitchen, although very small.

We were unable to get the keys. The host didn’t tell us where the key box was, and the two boxes at the entrance didn’t contain our keys. Customer care was terrible: the guy on the phone didn’t know the place or the key box location. We wasted 30 minutes — very unpleasant! Before travelling, we asked if there was a hair dryer, and they confirmed. On arrival, it was missing. We asked via WhatsApp. They responded, "Please allow us a moment." They never got back to us, so we asked again the next day, and they replied, "We will inform you." Again, they never contacted us. Be aware: there's no place to sit and eat breakfast — no table, no balcony. If you eat, you do it on the sofa or in your hands. Just a heads-up! There was only one wardrobe where we could have unpacked our clothes, but it had a horrible sewage smell inside, so we couldn’t use it at all There was no towel for stepping out of the shower. We used one of the small towels, which meant only 3 usable towels for our whole stay (2 small, 2 large). There’s no cover for the blanket, so if you use it, you touch it with your skin — just like the previous guest probably did. Not very hygienic. We asked for a cover, and the response was, "We do not provide a cover for the blanket." They kept referring to a third person as "our caretaker" or "the authority." It felt like customer support was outsourced to someone who didn’t speak English well: they misunderstood my messages and even asked me to resend ones I had just sent a minute earlier. During the last two days, there was a sewage issue. When flushing the toilet, water came up in the shower. When showering, water didn’t drain and flooded the bathroom. We had to use towels to block it from spreading. To be fair, this wasn’t the host’s fault — but still a major inconvenience. SUMMARY: This accommodation is a prime example of a host who doesn't care about you once the payment is received.
