Great cottage experience

Fino del Monte it is a great destination. The house at the end of the village remote enough to feel disconnected from the world. Located on a sunny slope it offers a stunning view of the mountains. Especially in the mornings. The house is newly constructed with a great design line. Inside the livingroom is a chemney that offers a great atmosphere. Traditional breakfast is always served fresh by Alessia.

La struttura è davvero accogliente, arredata benissimo, con tutti i comfort e pulitissima. Alessia e Massimo (i proprietari) sono persone disponibili e gentilissime. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, sia a cena che a colazione. Le pietanze sono state preparate dalla stessa proprietaria con i prodotti del posto.

Herzliche Gastgeberin und perfekte Natur. Gebaut von sehr guter Qualität, das Häuschen ist Teil eines Landgutes, wunderschön gelegen, zwischen den Bergen, jedoch kurze Fahrt zum Dorf und direkt an diversen Wanderrouten. Fantastische Aussicht und Natur, deliziöses Frühstück mit selbst gebackenen Kuchen, selbst gemachter Marmelade etc. , süß und salzig 😋😋😋

Siamo stati benissimo in un luogo dove ogni dettaglio è curato con amore e improntato alla genuinità. Alessia e Massimo sono persone professionali, estremamente competenti e mosse da una sincera passione per la natura e gli animali. Il loro approccio rende il soggiorno non solo piacevole, ma anche autentico e arricchente. Consigliato per chi cerca un rifugio di qualità e cuore.

Bellissimo!!!

Tutto bello, dal posto isolato e silenzioso, all'alloggio pulito e completo di molti comfort, alla gentilezza e disponibilità di Alessia ed infine alle ottime ed abbondanti colazioni (con una menzione particolare alla straordinaria crostata con confettura di pere + cioccolato ed amaretti). Da riprovare magari in altri periodi.

Armonia ed empatia con tutto quel che ti circonda, per ritrovarsi

L'agri alloggio dell'azienda agricola la Quercia e il Frassino è un posto incantevole, immerso nella natura, tra i boschi e gli animali della fattoria. Lo chalet è davvero bello, lo si capisce anche dalle foto, ma una volta arrivati ti sorprende comunque la cura con cui è stato ristrutturato, con tutti i comfort ma con molta armonia nel rispetto delle tradizioni e dei materiali. Ne percepisci il calore. Ti senti accolto, come se il tempo rallentasse, percepisci il calore del legno, la passione e la cura dei titolari Alessia e Massimo che hanno messo in questo progetto di vita ti fa sentire bene. Perché se è vero che un viaggio è fatto di luoghi e di persone che incontri quasi per caso e con cui vicendevolmente, ci si lascia un pezzetto di noi, facendo di quel viaggio un'esperienza bellissima, allora a Quercia e il Frassino è proprio tutto questo. Da ultimo ma non per ultimo, grazie ad Alessia per averci regalato delle colazioni indimenticabili, ricche di prelibatezze dolci e salate fatte con i prodotti aziendali e locali e per averci accompagnato nella visita alla parte della fattoria dedicata agli orti, ai pascoli e agli animali.

Accoglienza all’insegna del benessere, cura, qualità e semplicità al contempo

Lo Chalet è immerso nella quiete ed è caratterizzato da un’alta attenzione ai dettagli ed al benessere degli ospiti. Alessia ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, mostrando anche grande attenzione e pazienza verso i nostri bambini, restando con loro ed aiutandoli a dar da mangiare ai suoi asini. L’ambiente è molto curato, si percepisce che è frutto di una passione realizzata. Per colazione ci hanno portato una vasta gamma di opzioni dal dolce al salato, tutto fatto a mano e prodotto localmente. Ci hanno anche fornito delle scatole per evitare sprechi e portar con noi il cibo avanzato.

Un luogo da raccontare

La Quercia e il Frassino è un piccolo angolo di paradiso immerso nella natura, lontano da tutto ciò che è fretta e rumore. Un agri chalet dove ogni dettaglio racconta amore e attenzione: dai fiori freschi in tavola, alla tisana preparata con le erbe raccolte ed essiccate. La pulizia è impeccabile, e l’atmosfera ha quel mix perfetto di charme rustico e comfort autentico. Alessia e Massimo sono persone discrete, gentili, generose, che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa fin dal primo momento. E poi la colazione… un vero rito di bontà: abbondante, genuina, preparata a mano con i prodotti della loro fattoria. Yogurt, torte e marmellate fatte in casa, formaggi, uova freschissime e il succo di mele di montagna. Il modo migliore per iniziare una giornata in questo piccolo mondo sospeso. Un luogo da raccontare!

Magnifico chalet immerso nella tranquillità della natura

Ci siamo sentite coccolate e accolte in questo meraviglioso chalet, a fare da cornice il fuoco del camino acceso e la vista sulle montagne. Pulizia impeccabile. Colazione super abbondante, Alessia accogliente e disponibile. Tutto perfetto!
