Übergabe problemlos, alles da, was man braucht, effektiv eingerichtet. Ideale Lage, in 3 Minuten beim Bus oder der S-Bahn.

Für Kurzaufenthalte sehr gut, wenn man länger bleibt und Gepäck dabei hat, kann ich mir vorstellen, dass der Weg ins 3. OG schwierig wird.

The flat has everything you need for two people. The location is perfect. For journeys to the centre of the city you have the options of : Bus 62, the Train/Rail replacement bus services from Dresden Plauen and the Tram. All three are convenient. Bus 63 from Dresden Plauen can take you to the funicular and Dresden Suspension Railway. A large Lidl supermarket is a short walk from the flat. A bakers and grocery store are even closer. There are also several fast food restaurants (kebabs, sushi etc) a very short walk from the flat. There is no noticeable noise from the railway, as the railway has a sound barrier / fence running alongside it. It is also for electric trains and the flat is double-glazed.

Ich hatte spontan am Abend gebucht und der Host, war super freundlich und hat alles vorbereitet. Alles sauber, tolle Kommunikation, bombastischer Ausblick vom Balkon. Gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Erstaunlicherweise ist die nahgelegene Eisenbahn kaum zu hören. Sehr gut ist die Nähe zum ÖPNV Richtung Stadtzentrum. Der Bus und Bahnhof sind nur einige Gehminuten entfernt. Per Bus ist man in 10min an der Prager Straße. Super war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Unsere Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet und die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert geregelt. es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Dresden dank eines fürsorglichen Vermieters.
