Logement conforme à la description, propre et agréable. Très bien situé pour rejoindre les transports en commun et le centre-ville de Nantes, aucune difficulté à trouver un stationnement.
Mauvaise odeur (seulement) dans la cage d'escalier.

l’hôte était disponible et répondez vite.
les fuites dans la cuisine, les toilettes où il faut fermer le robinet, l’entrée dans la douche trop serré, la manque de lumière dans la cuisine, le manque d’éléments de base pour une location( pas de tapis de douche, pas de torchon..)
