The instructions of how to find and enter the house were the best I've ever had. You had detailed descriptions with pictures showing from the exterior of the building all the way to the key lock. We had no issues checking in and out. The apartment was tidy and we had clean sheets, towels and shampoo and shower gel. There was also a dishwasher with some tablets and a washing machine with capsules provided. The location of this place is not bad either. You have a few shopping malls within walking distance and the old town is only ~10min by car.

Communication with the place was very poor. I have asked if there's an iron on the apartment and I was told 'there should be' and once in the apartment we struggled to make the remote work, I've enquired about it and had no response. We were only staying in this apartment for a few days, so we didn't need much, but keep in mind that even though there is a dishwasher, there aren't many dishes to wash - no cups for hot drinks or bowls. No kitchen essentials either - no salt or pepper, no oil, so if you do plan to make breakfast then you'll have to get it all yourself (at least the shop is only 5min away). The washing machine has a stagnant smell too once you open the door, so we didn't take up the opportunity to use it (the blanket in the cupboard also smelled like it hadn't been washed for a while). I must mention that the shower is on a smaller side too. We're both quite small and we both struggled to move around as the shower curtain kept sticking on our backs and if we turned, there was a big chance that the tap will get knocked and you'll get cold water plunge. The hooks in the bathroom were also not very heavy duty - might hold an occasional towel or a bathrobe, but don't hand your cosmetic bag as you'll be woken up by a loud bang in the middle of the night when it all crashes down. Also need to mention that the steps are very steep. If you are planning on going out for a few drinks then these steps will be your enemy.

The service was amazing, handled our issues very quickly and well. And the property was so much more then what you pay for. highly recommend.
