Remoteness that there was no one else at camp. Plus it was good to have a portable toilet nearby. Lived the convenience and comfort of tent and bedding. Beautiful property and amazing location.
The shower door lock was faulty. It locked my toddler and I inside the shower and we could not get out until a guest heard our pleas. Also. Ex was too close to side of tent when it rained. Some shade on property would be nice. The river water access wasn’t as depicted and could be nicer and definitely takes longer than the quoted “5 minutes”. A small fan in tent would be nice. Also false advertising that it is 30min from Moab or arches. It’s more like 45-60minutes.
