Verde Mare apartment Rosignano Marittimo

The hosts are very friendly and warm-hearted. The cleanliness is top-notch. The parking spot couldn't be any closer to the apartment. The apartment is located in a very quiet and relaxing area. Kitchen is very well-equipped.

Occasionally, there was a slight smell from the drains, but it wasn't a big issue. The kitchen is a bit narrow, for one more than OK, for two a little bit less.

Sehr große Wohnung mit toller Terrasse. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Grunzende Wildschweine im darunter liegenden Garten haben wir auch gehört. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Problemloser Kontakt.

Schon recht altmodische Einrichtung. Der ca 800 Meter entfernt liegende Ort ist schön, aber ansonsten ist das an der Küste eine Industrie Anlage. Es gibt wesentlich schönere Orte, was aber nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun hat.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und auf der Suche nach einer Unterkunft für eine Nacht. Was für ein Glück, dass wir diese schöne Ferienwohnung gefunden haben. Die Vermieter waren unglaublich nett und freundlich (sogar die Nachbarn waren unfassbar freundlich, als wir uns zunächst verfahren hatten - danke auch dafür!). Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, die Matratzen sind angenehm fest (was uns sehr (!) gefreut hat), in der Küche war alles zum Kochen da, und das Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Bidet war ebenfalls klasse. Es gibt noch eine Terrasse mit davor liegenden Olivenbäumen, man schaut über die toskanische Landschaft und sieht in der Ferne das Meer. Was will man mehr? Herrlich. Unser Dank an die wunderbaren Vermieter!

Everything was just sublime - the location is beautiful and peaceful and for our family the facilities and premises were not just what we needed but everything we could have wished for on that overnight stay. The hosts were fantastic and we just couldn't have felt more welcome. The beds and bedrooms wire comfortable and for our family trip the availability of a washing machine was spot on (I do recall that was on my requirements list when searching for an accommodation). We made the reservation on very short notice in the evening after our previous accommodation proved to be a miserable failure and really were not expecting to pop into such a gem! Just sitting down on the balcony to relax after a long and exhausting day felt like paradise.
