Clean rooms
Had a problem unlocking the door to get into the premises. Staff couldn’t help. I had to phone the owner.

Location; cleanliness; it had all the amenities; security.
No fresh and clean towels. The towels that were provided had holes in it and were not soft. The host also wasnt communicative regarding not having hot water for 2 days. The apartment was only cleaned once and towels were only replaced once over a 7 day stay, that could be improved.
The wifi connection wasnt great in the bedrooms. There is also no ventilation in the second bedroom as the window doesnt open fully.
The fridge also make a humming sound.
