Ty Glasfryn

Communication from the property was excellent, sharing useful information about the local area and facilities. The location itself was really convenient and the house was very big and spacious. It had most of what you would need, such as an iron, towels and cooking utensils which came in really handy.

There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms, barely any toilet roll, no washing up liquid or sponge. No shower gel or shampoo was provided either. Also, it would have been nice to have had some tea, coffee, sugar and milk as a small welcome pack. There were also no curtains or blinds in the communal areas which left us feeling a little exposed. The beds and sofa also weren’t very comfy, but for a few days, it was okay. The upstairs shower also leaked through the floor to the ceiling and wall in the bathroom downstairs. Considering the price, a few more finishing touches to make it feel more homely, and we would have scored it much higher :)

very clean inside. Plenty of parking right outside the property. Beds were comfortable.

Lack of cups and plates in the accommodation. 3 mugs only when the accommodation could sleep 8 people. Dining room and lounge very small. The TV was not working. Outside patio area was full of weeds and looked out on to a yard storing equipment with a skip in full view. No hooks or place to hang clothes whilst having a shower.
