Comforable apartment in an excellent location; quiet and close to cafes and shopping, perfect

keys were in a lock box in a garage at some distance from the apartment entrance itself, which was rather confusing (we'd never have found them at all but for our son-in-law). Otherwise, check in went fine

more toilet paper, had to go buy some (for our short 5-day stay), the request to take *all* garbage with us was rather odd as we had no way to do that. Extremely confusing recycling process, no bags to put anything in, no schedule as to when different items get picked up.

Gorgeous apartment in a quiet part of town.

The apartment was awesome, the marble floors and huge living room lovely, the balcony much appreciated on a hot day. Great location, in a quiet residential area but close enough to the town. Overall, wonderful apartment!

Lacked basic supplies (toilet paper, kitchen towel, dish soap, laundry soap), which meant we had to go buy these supplies right away. Minor issue, really, but easily remedied!

la pulizia (pelucchi sulla lenzuola non stirate) e i servizi (non c'era nemmeno un docciaschiuma, mancava il sapone nel secondo bagno, il braccio della doccia schizzava acqua ovunque, quindi impossibile farsi una doccia decente, TV della camera matrimoniale non collegata)

Il mio nuovo riferimento a Gorizia

Abbiamo soggiornato a Gorizia come tappa di un viaggio in 3 con 3 moto. Abbiamo scelto Da Tiffany perché offre un garage privato….anche se la zona è tranquilla, sapere che le moto dormono al sicuro non è affatto male! Sinceramente siamo stati benissimo, sinceramente non comprendo le lamentele sull’immobile piuttosto datato….ok, ma nell’appartamento sono stati effettuati lavori per dare una bella rinfrescata, è pulito (che poi è la cosa che conta), spazioso e il materasso era comodo. Volendo c’è l’aria condizionata. La posizione è perfetta, centrale, ma defilata quanto basta per non sentire il rumore della movida e riposare al meglio. C’è la macchinetta del caffè e Sabrina è stata precisa e gentilissima nel fornirci tutte le informazioni, è veramente impossibile sbagliare. Se in futuro dovesse ricapitare come tappa sicuramente ci tornerò.

Porta della cucina che non si chiudeva, muffa sui muri adiacenti ai bagni, vasca da bagno senza tenda doccia, rubinetteria fatiscente, reti e materassi letti singoli scomodi, pavimento con capelli, bottiglia aperta con metà acqua in frigo.

Die Inhaberin hat freundlich am Telefon geklungen, aber leider war niemand vor Ort, um uns persönlich zu begrüßen oder nach unserem Wohlbefinden zu fragen. Es gab keinen persönlichen Kontakt, was den Aufenthalt eher unpersönlich wirken ließ. Wir haben eine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht den Erwartungen. Das einzig Positive war, dass es ein Bett zum Schlafen gab – mehr leider nicht.

Wir haben eine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Leider war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend. Der Check-in war sehr unpersönlich und wir hatten zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Die Handtücher waren zerrissen, die Bettwäsche ungebügelt und wirkte ungepflegt. An mehreren Stellen war Schimmel an den Wänden sichtbar – ein deutliches Zeichen für mangelhafte Instandhaltung. Auch die Dusche war in sehr schlechtem Zustand und insgesamt eine Zumutung. Für Reisende mit sehr einfachen Ansprüchen mag die Unterkunft vielleicht gerade noch ausreichen, aber ich würde sie nicht weiterempfehlen.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Appartment war sauber. Die Garage ist praktisch - wenn auch sehr klein und eng. Kommunikation mit Besitzerin war schnell und unkompliziert. Dusch- und Pflegeprodukte vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine mit Tabs.

Sehr gut gemachte Bilder, die Realität sieht etwas anders aus: In die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung der Wohnung. Sehr spartanisch, nicht sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Lattenrost eines Bettes hat sehr gequietscht. Wenig Geschirr. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt gar nicht.

Apprezzabile la disponibilità di Sabrina che è stata presente in maniera costante per tutta la durata del soggiorno pur essendo arrivati di domenica, locale ampio, comodo due bagni, più essenziale posto auto riservato al chiuso utilissimo per, nel dover proseguire il viaggio, non dover smontare tutti i bagagli doppio condizionatore nelle due stanze, cucina ed attrezzata in pieno centro.

Avremmo gradito non essendo presente un vano doccia, una tenda che proteggesse dagli schizzi il resto del bagno e in generale delle lampadine un po' più potenti da migliorare e valorizzare meglio gli ambienti
